A 56-year-old Montauk man was nabbed by East Hampton Police for allegedly growing marijuana on his property.

Joseph Noll was arrested on Sunday, Sept. 8, after police found marijuana growing on his property on Fleming Road without destroying the plants, East Hampton Police said.

When police visited the home they found two potted plants on the north side of his home.

He was charged with unlawfully growing cannabis and released on an appearance ticket.
