An alert has been issued for a man who allegedly stole food from a Long Island grocery store.
Police said that a man stole approximately $270 worth of shellfish from Best Market on Larkfield Road at approximately noon on Thursday, Jan. 2. In surveillance photos, the man can be seen wearing a hood, glasses and gray hat while carrying out the stolen items.
A reward has been issued by Suffolk County Crime Stoppers for information that leads to the suspect’s arrest. Anyone with information has been asked to submit an anonymous tip online or to call Suffolk County Police investigators by calling 911 or 1-800-220-TIPS.
