Know Her? Woman Accused Of Stealing From Centereach Best Buy

Police in Suffolk County are seeking the public’s assistance as they attempt to track down a woman who allegedly shoplifted from a Long Island Best Buy.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and the Suffolk County Police Sixth Precinct Crime Section officers have released a surveillance photo of a woman who allegedly stole a Roku TV device from Best Buy on Pond Road in Centereach.

The alleged shoplifting incident happened at approximately 1:40 p.m. on Thursday, May 16. The stolen merchandise has an estimated value of $100.

In response to the theft, the Suffolk County Crime Stoppers have offered a cash reward of up to $5,000 for any information that leads to the arrest of the woman. Anyone with information or who recognizes her has been asked to contact investigators by calling 1-800-220-TIPS or texting “SCPD” with the message to “CRIMES” (274637).
