Four Men, Two Females Shot During Party At Bay Shore Home, Police Say

A shooting that injured six people during a party at a home in Bay Shore overnight is under investigation.

Four men and two females were shot while attending the party on Farragut Street at approximately 1:30 a.m. Saturday, June 30, Suffolk County Police said. 

Five of the victims were in the front yard of the home and one was inside the house at the time of the shooting, according to detectives. 

The female victims are 15 and 33 years old. Two of the male victims are 18 years old, one is 19 years old and one is 21 years old, police said.

Four victims were transported to Southside Hospital in Bay Shore and two were transported to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip where they were treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

Detectives are asking anyone with information on this incident to call the Third Squad at 631-854-8352 or anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
