The fire broke out around 3 p.m. in Nassau County at the Cruzada Evangelico Missionary Church located at the intersection of Long Beach Boulevard with East Walnut Street, in Long Beach, officials said.

Additional information was not available, but motorists are asked to avoid the area due to road closures.
