Alert Issued For Missing 14-Year-Old Long Island Girl

A 14-year-old Long Island girl has gone missing and authorities are asking the public's help in locating her.

Yasmin Granados was last seen leaving her residence on Mirin Avenue in Roosevelt on Saturday, Dec. 14 at 7:15 p.m. 

She is described as being 5-foot-1, 90 pounds with reddish/brown hair and brown eyes and wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, carrying multiple backpacks.

Detectives request anyone with information contact the Nassau County Police Department Missing Persons Squad at (516) 573-7347 or call 911. All callers will remain anonymous.
