Alert Issued For Man Wanted For ID Theft After Incident At Smith Haven Mall Macy's

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Fourth Precinct Crime Section officers are on the lookout for a man suspected of using a stolen debit card at a Lake Grove retailer.

Police are on the lookout for a man suspected of charging two purchases to a bank account that did not belong to him at the Smith Haven Mall Macy's on Tuesday, May 14 around 1:15 p.m.

Police say a man, pictured above, entered Macy’s at Smith Haven Mall and charged two purchases to a bank account that did not belong to him on Tuesday, May 14 around 1:15 p.m.

The charges totaled approximately $200, according to police.
