2 Women Charged With Prostitution After Raid Of Commack Massage Parlor

Two women have been charged with prostitution after a multi-agency raid at a massage parlor on Long Island.

In response to numerous community complaints, authorities conducted the operation at Lily Spa, located at 649 Commack Road in Commack on Thursday, Jan. 5 at about 2:45 p.m.

Queens residents Jingru Liu, age 45, of Flushing, and Changrong Li, age 43, of Fresh Meadows, were each charged with:

  • Unauthorized practice of a profession,
  • Prostitution.

Both women were given a field appearance ticket and will be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on another date. 

The Smithtown Fire Marshal issued 20 violations for fire code and building offenses. 

The Smithtown Building Department Inspector deemed the unit unsafe for business for electrical violations.

Agencies involved in the investigation were:

  • Suffolk County Police Fourth Precinct Anticrime, Community Support
  • Unit officers
  • Fourth Squad detectives,
  • Property Section officers, 
  • Smithtown Public Safety/Fire Marshal
