A 13-year-old girl who went missing on Long Island has been found.
Karen Cartagena had last been seen leaving her home in Freeport at 12:30 a.m. Friday, July 19.
Nassau County Police announced she had been located early Saturday morning, July 20.

A 13-year-old girl has gone missing on Long Island and authorities are asking for the public's help in locating her.
Karen Cartagena was last seen leaving her Freeport residence on Broadway on foot traveling in an unknown direction Friday, July 19 at 12:30 a.m., Nassau County Police said.
She is described as being 5-foot-6, 115 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a pink shirt with black and white sneakers.
Detectives request anyone with information regarding the above missing juvenile to please contact the Nassau County Police Department Missing Persons Squad at 516-573-7347 or call 911.
