Owners Maria and Patrick Aubry opened Due Baci Italian Restaurant at 154 West Broadway in July.

Due Baci (two kisses in Italian) features traditional Italian fare.

Varied plates of pasta include Rigatoni Arrabiato which is the pasta slowly simmered in San Marzano tomatoes with house-made sausage, long hat peppers, and garlic and Pappardelle Con Polpette or Bolognese, their house-made meatballs in tomato or the sauce made with black Angus meat over the pappardelle.

Linguine con Vongole of littleneck clams in white or red sauce is an option and Gnocchi Genovese (gluten-free) of house-made potato dumplings in pesto cream sauce are also options.

"We have four large TVs in the bar and large windows in our bar and dining room with great views of the beautiful Port Jefferson harbor," said General Manager Jim Guma.

The restaurant makes a signature drink called Due Baci among many creative cocktails.

The eatery has happy hour Wednesdays when small bites and drink specials are offered from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
