It continues, "Our night started with an amazing eggplant rollatini then a pound and one-half lobster stuffed to perfection. My mother had the local fresh-caught tuna which was cooked perfectly medium-rare. Our server Dena suggested it with a wine to pair. We had a delicious dinner at Sea Basin."
