Darien Families Team Up For Labor Day Lemonade Stand To Benefit Town's Nature Center

Two Darien families ran a holiday lemonade stand to raise money for their town's nature center.

Sisters Caroline, and Catherine Geis and sisters Claris and Vivian Flannery sold lemonade and snow cones on Knollwood Lane for two hours on Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 2 raising $162 for Darien Nature Center.

The girls then visited the center to make the donation and got to play with a trio of ferrets, Winston, Frankie, and Biagio.
