Brooklyn Chop House To Open In Southampton

A restaurant that opened temporarily last August as a pop-up inside a Hamptons hotel will be returning for the entire summer.

Brooklyn Chop House will be open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend at The Capri Hotel, 281 County Road 39A in Southampton.

The new restaurant like its flagship location in New York's Financial District serves steaks alongside Asian fare, of Peking Duck and a variety of unique dumplings.

Brooklyn Chop House serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with a full cocktail menu, wines, and craft beer. The restaurant offers poolside dining.

Owners are Robert “Don Pooh” Cummins, Dave Thomas and Stratis Morfogen.
