"It's pretty much nonstop from the time we open (11 a.m. to 9 p.m.) on Fridays and Saturdays until after we close. There are still customers coming," said owner Wayne Miller.
"The kids love the burgers and my older customers like the crab cakes My grandmother has been gone for 40 years and I still make them the same way," he continued.
Miller used to work at a nearby laboratory and used to stop in for lunch at the restaurant with previous owners known as Burger Shack.
"I liked coming in so when I was looking for a business I thought of Burger Shack. I changed the name to Milano's Burger Shack," he said.
The menu includes wings, lighter options like turkey and veggie burgers, grilled chicken and salads, and smoked barbecue brisket or ribs on weekends.
"A passionate and friendly staff. Fresh, authentic, comfort food at great prices. Highly recommended. Five stars," says Gerald Furnari in a Facebook post here.
Milano's Burger Shack is located at 3672 Route 112 in Coram.
