There were hour-long delays on a busy stretch of I-84 during the evening commute with the right lane blocked for about an hour.
The incident occurred just before 6 p.m. Monday, May 13 westbound in Beacon neat the Newburgh-Beacon Bridge, with traffic backed up to Route 9 (Exit 13).
The lane reopened just before 7 p.m.
