POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- With just days left in the terms of several outgoing school board trustees, the Poughkeepsie City School District Board is holding another meeting Friday morning at 8 a.m.
This is the fourth special meeting the school board has called since June. The 2017-2018 school board, which features two new trustees, takes over July 1.
On the agenda are several small hiring moves, including for the part-time position of Summer Academy Administrators at Morse School Academy and Poughkeepsie Middle School Academy and Poughkeepsie High School Academy
Previous special meetings have seen the termination of the Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Operations and the hiring of a deputy superintendent.
