POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- Our Lady of Lourdes held its 56th annual commencement on June 3 with a class of 167 graduates. 

Valedictorian, Andrew Lam’s message to his fellow graduates spoke of the irreplaceable experiences and memories that they encountered over their four years at Lourdes. 

“Happiness is in the unexpected, and they should embrace the unexpected in their future relationships and experiences," Lam said.

Esther Roman was presented with her Certificate of Admission to West Point at the ceremony. 

“We are confident that Esther Roman has what it takes," James P. Trainor, Liaison Officer From West Point, said.
