To the editor:
The election on Nov. 8 for the New York State Senate District 41 is important for the state and equally important for Dutchess County. Democrat Terry Gipson of Rhinebeck understands the needs of our communities and our businesses to promote healthy growth in the area.
He supports improving our aging water systems that we so desperately need, improving the infrastructure and keeping taxes affordable for working families with tax relief. A vote for Gipson to get him elected means lower taxes and more jobs.
Having known him for several years, he is honest and believes in having a strong connection to the residents of the Hudson Valley by listening to our opinions. He will work to support the people of the Hudson Valley, bringing innovation and creativity to the area.
This election needs someone who will represent us and provide the help we need for building our future. A win by Gipson will bring back the strong leadership and integrity for District 41 and all of New York State.
I urge everyone to come out and cast your vote for Terry Gipson for New York State Senate.
