Julian Rodriguez was charged with second-degree forgery, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument 2nd Degree, and petit larceny.
Rodriguez was arrested after authorities found he had passed stolen and forged checks at two banks to get around $880.
He was remanded to the Dutchess County Jail on $5,000 bail and $10,000 bond, and answered to the charges in Wappingers Falls Village Court and Fishkill Village Court on Monday.
