Two people were injured after being trapped in a single-vehicle crash in Northern Westchester.
The crash took place around 1 a.m., Sunday, Feb. 16, on 1-684 in Bedford, said the Armonk Fire Department.
When crews arrived on the scene, they found one car that had rolled down a large embankment in the trees on the edge of I-684 with two people trapped in the car, the department said.
Mutual aid was requested from the Bedford Fire Department to assist with the extrication due to the nature of terrain and difficulty accessing the patients, the department said.
