The winning ticket, part of the New York Lottery’s just launched special 50th Anniversary instant game, "$10,000,000 Cash,” was purchased at a Stewart’s Shops store in the hamlet of Red Oaks Mill.

The winners' names will be announced at 2 p.m. Thursday when Lottery spokeswoman Yolanda Vega presents them with an oversized check at the Stewart’s Shops store, 3648 Albany Post Road (Route 9) in Poughkeepsie.

The presentation is being made at the Route 9 store because the Red Oaks Mill Stewart’s, although open, is undergoing renovations.

Promotional events will be held at the Route 9 store from 1-3 p.m.

Stewart’s Shops will offer 50 cent single scoop ice cream cones all day at the Route 9 location and also the chance for folks to meet the chain’s newest mascot, Fresh the Chicken.
