The new website is intended to make it easier for visitors to find the information they need. For example, the homepage now includes links to news, events, job opportunities, parks reservations, transit schedules, document searches and more.

“Our website is an integral part of how we interact with citizens and visitors. This new site has a clean, modern look and is designed to be as intuitive and easy to navigate as possible,” said County Executive Molinaro. “Our dedicated Office of Central and Information Services (OCIS) web team worked diligently with each department to refine and enhance content to be accessible and accurate to ensure people can get what they need quickly and easily, no matter how they access our website.”

The website’s overhaul included the transfer of more than 44,000 pages of content. Officials say that there could be minor issues with search content throughout the next several weeks as engines connect to the new site. However, visitors can take advantage of the “contact us” form at the bottom of the homepage to alert the web team of any issues.

“Dutchess County consistently leads the way in technology innovation,” said County Executive Molinaro. “Thank you to the entire staff at OCIS, particularly our web team, who have spent many months working to ensure everyone of every ability can navigate to the information they need, when they need it. I invite everyone to visit our great new website and explore all we have to offer.”
