VA Hudson Valley Commemorates Vietnam War

WAPPINGERS FALLS, N.Y. -- The VA Hudson Valley Health Care System will host a commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the Vietnam War on Tuesday, Aug. 30, at the Castle Point campus, to recognize and honor the service and sacrifice made by Vietnam veterans and their families.

The Department of Veterans Affairs is partnering with the Department of Defense to recognize these veterans. 

RSVP to the VA Hudson Valley Public Affairs Office at VHAHVHPAOInfo@va.gov or by calling 845-831-2000, ext. 5234 between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The event will run from 12:30-2 p.m. The Castle Point campus is located at 41 Castle Point Rd., in Wappingers Falls.

VA Hudson Valley also held a commemorative event in June, at the FDR Montrose campus.
