Roosevelt Cinemas Holds Special Needs Movie Night In Hyde Park

HYDE PARK, N.Y. -- As Dutchess County continues to celebrate April as Autism Awareness Month, County Executive Marcus Molinaro invites children with special needs, their families and support agencies to a free movie event at the Roosevelt Cinemas, 4060 Albany Post Road. in Hyde Park on April 23 at 10 a.m.

The theater will adjust both lighting and sound to make the experience more enjoyable for children on the autism spectrum or who experience sensory issues. Space is limited, therefore advance reservations are required and can be made by calling 845-486-2000. Reservations must be made by Wednesday, April 20, and is limited to the first 150 who sign up.
