There was heavy traffic on a stretch of I-87 after a truck crashed into the overpass on the New York State Thruway at Hungry Hollow Road in Ramapo.
Hungry Hollow Road reopened shortly just after 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 16, about an hour after the crash. There were stop-and-go delays on the northbound lanes and rubbernecking delays southbound.as the cleanup continued.
