Man Exposes Himself To Woman At Physical Therapist's Northern Westchester Office, Police Say

A man has been charged after police say he exposed himself to a woman at an area physical therapist’s office.

Yorktown Police say they received the report of the incident on Saturday, Aug. 3 around 10:15 a.m.

Further investigation revealed that Richard Joseph Foley, 65, of Mahopac pulled his pants and underwear down, exposing himself to the victim, according to police.

Foley responded to police headquarters and was arrested on Wednesday, Aug. 14. He was charged with public lewdness, a Class B misdemeanor. A stay-away order of protection was also issued on the victim’s behalf.

Foley was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to return to Yorktown Justice Court on Thursday, Sept. 5.
