Intruder Caught At Carmel Animal Hospital A woman faces charges after illegally entering a Hudson Valley animal hospital during its overnight hours, police said. The incident happened in Putnam County on Friday night, April 12, when a woman illegally entered the Carmel Animal Hospital at 235 Route 52, according to Carmel Police.
