SOMERS, N.Y. -- The displacement of refugees from Syria, which has garnered international headlines in recent months, will be the topic of a discussion at Somers High School.
The talk, which is sponsored by the high school's Human Rights Club, is scheduled for Thursday, April 14 at the school's auditorium.
Speakers that are scheduled to participate will be from the Upper Westchester Muslim Society, Amnesty International and Mercy College.
