In a statement early Tuesday, June 25, New Canaan Police Chief Leon  Krolikowski announced the Connecticut State Police had concluded the search at the Material Innovation and Recycling Authority in Hartford on Monday, June 24.

"This remains a very active and dynamic investigation that involves dozens of investigators," Krolikowski said. "Information from the public has aided this investigation. Investigators have received over 950 tips regarding the disappearance of Jennifer and nearly 80 responses with video surveillance from homes or businesses."

Jennifer Dulos, 50, was reported missing on Friday, May 24 after failing to show up to several meetings with friends. Her vehicle was found abandoned the same day. Since then, the mother of five children has not been seen or heard from.

As police continue their search, her estranged husband's attorney, Norm Pattis, has filed motions in state Superior Court in an effort for Fotis Dulos to be able to see both his children and his girlfriend, Michelle Troconis, who was arrested along with Fotis Dulos in connection with Jennifer Duclos' disappearance.

"Fotis Dulos is presumed innocent. He should not be effectively imprisoned on conditions of release and kept from those he loves — including his children," said Pattis. " Accordingly, we filed a motion this afternoon to clarify whether existing court orders permit him to have contact with Ms. Troconis, and I have filed my appearance in his family case where we will seek visitation with, and custody of, the children.

“We have learned that Ms. Troconis believes in his innocence, and loves him still. We see no reason why the two of them should not be free to live as they see fit."

Anyone with information regarding Jennifer Dulos is asked to contact 203-594-3544, tips and information regarding Jennifer’s disappearance can be sent to FindJenniferDulos@newcanaanct.gov and submitted anonymously at www.FindJenniferDulos.com.

"Our multijurisdictional law enforcement team is committed to (1) Finding Jennifer and (2) Bringing those responsible for Jennifer's disappearance to justice," the chief said. "We will not rest until we find Jennifer."
