State Police were joined in the operation by the Westchester County Police Special Response Team and investigators from the District Attorney’s Office at the home of Peter Muir, a 25-year-old resident of Lake Lincolndale.
The search turned up several bundles of heroin and Suboxone, both controlled substances, police said.
In addition to Muir, police also charged Alora Muir, 19, and Cody Vonelm, 19, both of whom were found to be in possession of heroin.
Police then went to Yorktown where they arrested Bret Oleet, 25.
All four were charged with two felony counts of third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell. Peter Muir was additionally charged with two felony counts of third degree criminal possession of a weapon. Weapons found at his home included a gravity knife and brass knuckles.
The four were arraigned before Somers Town Judge Denis Timone, who remanded them to Westchester County Jail and ordered them to appear in court at 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 20.
Police report that this investigation into heroin distribution in northern Westchester was inaugurated four months ago and is ongoing.
