SOMERS, N.Y. -- State Police arrested an Armonk man for driving while intoxicated on Route 138 in Somers on Sunday, Nov. 3, according to police officials.
Thomas F. Stracuzzi, 61, was pulled over for crossing hazardous pavement markings. It was revealed upon further investigation that Stracuzzi was driving illegally with a BAC of .09, State Police said.
Stracuzzi is due to appear in Town of Somers Court on Monday, Nov. 18, according to State Police.
