Palm Sunday Services Around Somers

SOMERS, N.Y. -- Following is a list of local religious services scheduled for Sunday, April 1. 

Saint Luke’s Episcopal Church, Somers: The 9:30 a.m. service will be followed by the Stations of the Cross at approximately 10:30 a.m.

Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd, Granite Springs: The 7:40 a.m. prayer will be followed by the blessing of the palms and a spoken Mass of the Passion at 8 a.m. Blessing of the palms with a procession from the Memorial Garden and a sung Mass of the Passion will be celebrated at 10 a.m. The Stations of the Cross will be observed at 5 p.m.

Saint Joseph’s Catholic Church, Croton Falls: Masses will be celebrated at regular times in the church or auditorium, including 7:30 a.m., 9 a.m., 10:30 a.m. and noon.

Saint Patrick’s Catholic Church, Yorktown Heights: A Vigil Mass is scheduled for 5:15 p.m. on Saturday, March 31. Sunday masses are scheduled for 7:30 a.m., 9:15 a.m., 12:45 p.m. and 5 p.m. Masses in the Stone Church will be celebrated at 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
