What Makes It Patty Perfect: Willie’s char-grilled patties are made with house-ground prime hanger steak and “secret” seasonings. They are served on toasted brioche buns with a half-sour pickle, coleslaw, and house-cut spuds.

The burger list is extensive. Among the most intriguing sounding are the “Surf and Turf,” topped with chunks of lobster, spinach and lemon chili mayo and an apparent homage to southern cuisine, the “Red Eye,” which is rubbed with coffee, grilled with Wild Turkey honey barbecue sauce, and adorned with cherry hardwood smoked bacon and pepper jack cheese.

For the less adventurous, there is the “Plain Jane” (simply grilled with lettuce and tomato), the classic cheeseburger, and a veggie version served topless (the burger, not the waitstaff) with avocado and lemon yogurt sauce.  With nearly 20 brews available, no one should have a problem finding some suds to go with their beef.
