The seminar, entitled "The Exploration of Form & Fluidity: A Continuum Movement Introduction Class," aims to benefit people of all walks of life, ages and levels of movement and meditation experience.

The other sessions are set for the following two Thursdays: Oct. 17 and Oct. 24.

The classes will be led by Melanie Gambino, who has been practicing and teaching movement for more than 30 years.

The movement meditation style is based on the premise that movement is what we are as well as something we do. It employs various breathing, soundings and movement sequences in order for us to dive deeper into our awareness, creativity and self-expression.

The series is free and registration is required. To register, please call the library at 914 232-5717 or register online at http://www.somerslibrary.org
