SOMERS, N.Y. – Following is a list of Christmas services scheduled in the Somers area.
- St. Luke's Episcopal Church, Somers: Holy Eucharist (Rite I) will be celebrated at 8 a.m. on Dec. 23 followed by Advent Lessons and Carols with Holy Eucharist (Rite II) at 9:30 a.m. Festal Eucharists are scheduled on Christmas Eve at 7 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Christmas Eucharist is scheduled on Dec. 25 at 9:30 a.m. Click here for more information on the music at these services.
- Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd, Granite Springs: Said Holy Eucharist (Rite I) will be celebrated at 8 a.m. on Dec. 23 followed by Sung Holy Eucharist (Rite II) at 10 a.m. and Advent Lessons and Carols at 5 p.m. Family Holy Eucharist will be celebrated on Christmas Eve at 5 p.m. followed by a Christmas Concert at 10:30 p.m. and Midnight Holy Eucharist at 11 p.m. A Sung Holy Eucharist is planned for Christmas Day at 10 a.m.
- St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Croton Falls: Masses will be celebrated on Dec. 24 at 4 p.m. in St. John Baptist de la Salle Chapel at Lincoln Hall, St. Joseph's Church and in St. Joseph's Auditorium with a special homily for children. Additional masses are scheduled on Dec. 24 at 6 p.m. in St. Joseph's Church and in St. Joseph's Auditorium, and at 8 p.m. in St. Joseph's Auditorium. Christmas Day masses are as follows: St. Joseph's Auditorium at 12 a.m., 7:30 a.m., 9 a.m., 10:30 a.m. and 12 p.m.; St. Joseph's Church at 10:30 a.m. and 12 p.m.; St. John's Chapel in North Salem at 9 a.m.
- Croton Falls Community Church, Croton Falls: The annual Living Nativity will be held on Dec. 23 at 11 a.m. Christmas Eve services will be at 8 p.m. and 11 p.m.
- The Chapel at Croton Falls, Croton Falls: Services will be held on Dec. 23 at 10:30 a.m. followed by a special Solstice Celebration at 7 p.m. A candlelight Christmas Eve service will be held at 8 p.m.
