Pediatrics Professor Speaks At Greenvale School SEPTA Meeting

EASTCHESTER, N.Y. -- Dr. Christina Hift, a clinical assistant professor of pediatrics at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, will speak at the next Eastchester SEPTA meeting at Greenvale School in Scarsdale.

The meeting will take Wednesday at 9.30 a.m. at Greenvale School's Conference Room. The school is at 1 Gabriel Rescigno Drive, Scarsdale.

Hift is a consultant at pediatric rheumatology's Beth Israel Medical Center and a long-standing member of Defeat Autism Now! 

She is a pediatric rheumatologist/infectious disease specialist with a major interest in autistic spectrum disorders.

Hift combines medical and biomedical treatments based on the specific needs of her individual patients, including many local special needs-autistic spectrum children. 

Future SEPTA meetings are as follows:

  • Wednesday, March 9, at 7 p.m., Eastchester High School library, topic to be announced.
  • Thursday, April 7, at 7 p.m., EHS library, topic to be announced.
SEPTA is a parent-teacher association that brings together people who are interested in special education and children with special needs.
