“20/20/20: Three Workouts in One” is a cross-training sampler platter, featuring 20 minutes each of cardio, strength training and stretching. This course meets from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. on eight Thursdays at Greenville Community Church starting Sept. 11 ($145) or ten Fridays from 11 a.m. to noon at Westchester Reform Temple starting Sept. 12 ($180).
