SCARSDALE, N.Y. – A Chappaqua woman told Scarsdale Police that her iPad was stolen in the parking garage at 5 Popham Road, adjacent to CVS, at around 10:15 a.m. Monday, Jan. 23.

According to the police report, the woman said she was at the booth in the garage and left her iPad on the air conditioning unit. She told police she returned five minutes later and it was gone. She said she did not see many customers at the time. She also said the iPad is white and has a distinctive brown and gold Michael Kors case and is valued at $1,100.

Both garage employees were working at the time, and both told police there were only three or four customers at the time and none left with an iPad. Police are continuing the investigation.
