Authorities Search For Missing 15-Month-Old Who May Be In Area

On "Missing Person Monday," the New York State Public Safety Department is spotlighting a 15-months-old last seen in January.

Aniyah Echevarria was seen with her mother, who didn't have custody, near Amsterdam, which is west of Albany, authorities said.

Crystal Echevarria may have traveled from Amsterdam to the New York City area with the toddler.
