SCARSDALE, N.Y. – There will be plenty to do around Scarsdale this week. The library will have a story hour for children, and the Women’s Club is hosting an open house for prospective members. See our Events Page for a complete list of local and county events.

Monday, Sept. 3

Tuesday, Sept. 4

Story time for toddlers: 10:30-11:30 a.m. Fun Craft hosts its bi-weekly story time. Each session includes crafts, a healthy snack and will feature dancing to music and colorful lights. 590 Central Park Ave., Scarsdale.

Story time: 4 p.m. The Scarsdale Public Library will have a free story hour for children ages 3-5. 54 Olmsted Road, Scarsdale.

Childbirth class: 7:30 p.m. Lawrence Hospital is offering childbirth classes for expectant parents. Parents can attend class on three consecutive Tuesdays, or complete the entire session on a single Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The class costs $200 per couple. 55 Palmer Ave., Bronxville. 

Photography show: 9 p.m. There will be a photography show by Westchester resident Robert Uricchio in the community room of the Eastchester Public Library. Approximately 30 landscape images will be on display. 11 Oakridge Place, Eastchester.
