Scarsdale Library Welcomes 'Ugly Animals' Author Laura Marsh

SCARSDALE, N.Y. -- Author Laura Marsh will discuss and read from her latest book, “Ugly Animals,” at the Scarsdale Public Library on Wednesday, March 23, at 4 p.m.

The program is for children in grades one to three. 

The book introduces children to funny-looking creatures and teaches how their strange looks help them in the wild. 

Marsh has worked in children's publishing for nearly 20 years as an editor, packager and author. 

She has written 14 books in the National Geographic Kids Readers series, including “Ugly Animals” and the Great Migrations books. 

She lives in Westchester County.
