Fatal Crash: 19-Year-Old ID'd As Victim In Region A 19-year-old was killed in a two-vehicle crash after he allegedly ran a red light in the region, striking another car. The case was identified in Albany County by a person with a history of out-of-state travel, Albany County Executive Daniel McCoy announced Tuesday, July 19.
