Homicide Fugitive Nabbed In Hudson Valley, Police Say A woman who has been on the run for allegedly killing her boyfriend was nabbed in the region. Stephanie M. Vance, age 26, of the city of Philadelphia in Neshoba County, Mississippi, was apprehended by Dutchess County Sheriff's deputies in the town of Pleasant Valley on Thursday, Jan. 11 on a homicide warrant from the State of Mississippi. Blame Game: Suspect In Fatal Area Stabbing Had Been Released Despite Wanted Status For Assault A 20-year-old undocumented immigrant was arrested in connection with a deadly stabbing in the region that occurred after he was released from custody despite being wanted for another broad-daylight stabbing. Emergency crews in Rensselaer County were called at around 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 2, for a stabbing in Troy near River and Duow streets, mere yards from KIPP Troy Prep Elementary School. In Schenectady County, the bodies of Robert Guillaume, age 73, and Cathy Guillaume, age 65, were found Friday, July 7, inside a Rotterdam home on Fern Avenue, one block east of the Rotterdam Industrial Park.
