RYE, N.Y. - The City of Rye has issued a snow advisory for Thursday stating there is "a slight chance" of snow and reminding residents that overnight parking on public streets is prohibited from now through March.
The City prohibits parking on public streets between 3 a.m. and 6 a.m. during the winter months.
According to the National Weather Service, the chance of precipitation is 100 percent, but the temperature is only expected to drop to as low as 38 degrees.
