Port Chester resident Alex Flores, 22, has pleaded guilty to second-degree sexual assault in relation to an incident in a Fairfield County alley in July last year. Flores is scheduled to be sentenced in May, when he is expected to receive a term of one year in prison.
Officers from the Stamford Police Department were dispatched at approximately 5 p.m. to Ludlow Street on July 25, 2018, for a report of a man sexually assaulting a minor.
Upon arrival, police said that officers saw Flores hugging the teenager with his pants unzipped. Flores initially claimed that he was 17 years old, then changed his story and said he was 20, until investigators were able to determine his actual age. Flores was reportedly a family friend of the teen, who admitted they had sex before officers arrived.
