Disney Channel And "Glee" Stars Perform At Rye Playland

RYE, N.Y. -- Rye Playland will host a concert Saturday by American pop-rock band R5, featuring singers from the Disney Channel and "Glee."

The band is comprised of siblings Riker, Rocky, Ross and Rydel Lynch, as well as their friend Ellington Ratliff. They have been playing since they were very young, when they attended a performing art school in Colorado. Ross plays Austin on the Disney Channel show "Austin & Ally" and Riker played Jeff, one of the Dalton Academy Warblers, on the hit show "Glee." The band released its first single "Loud" this year and is currently recording its debut album.

The concert will also feature performances by Zach Matari and AJR Brothers. The show will begin at 6 p.m. and is free with Playland admission.
