Co-owners Angelo DiFeo and Vincent Corso announced that Graziella’s North will be opening on Thursday, Nov. 14, replacing the former location of the Westchester Burger Company restaurant. Graziella’s was started with family members before DiFeo set off on his own and started the Westchester Burger Company.

“I’ve been working on it for about three years now, at least three years,” DiFeo previously said. “I love burgers personally, it is just a thought I had for a long time, to do something unique and different and that’s how I came up with this concept.”

Graziella’s in White Plains first opened in 1995.

According to the owners, the shift was due to increased competition with burger shops in the area, and Graziella’s will offer consumers new and unique options, including a mixture of Italian dishes, sandwiches, pizza, and salads.

Westchester Burger Company will continue operating locations in White Plains, Scarsdale, and Stamford, though its Rye Brook restaurant shuttered its doors.

Opening night for the new Graziella’s North on North Bedford Road will be held from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 14. It will be regularly open for lunch between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. and for dinner until 9 p.m. The restaurant will be closed on Mondays.
