Dutchess Executive Molinaro Discusses Budget At Monday Forum

RHINEBECK, N.Y. -- Dutchess County Executive Marc Molinaro will hold a public forum at 6 p.m. Monday at Clinton Town Hall in Rhinebeck.

The forum will focus on the 2016 county budget and other issues.
