DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. -- Police have arrested a therapist from The Children’s Village Center for at risk youths on charges of assault of a resident, according to LoHud.com.
Troy Esdaille, 43, stands accused of stomping on a victim while he was restrained on Oct. 5, LoHud.com reported.
Esdaille was arraigned in Dobbs Ferry Court and charged with two counts of third-degree assault and one count of endangering the welfare of a child. He was released without bail, according to LoHud.com.
