The body of a 21-year-old man who police said fatally stabbed his 62-year-old roommate, former teacher and librarian Deven Black of Nyack, in January at a homeless shelter in Harlem was found in the Hudson River, according to multiple reports.

Anthony White had reportedly struggled with psychiatric issues.

White's badly decomposed body was found floating in the river near 145th Street in Manhattan on Wednesday, according to The New York Times.

Black was employed by the city as a special-education teacher and then librarian before losing his job in 2015. He was then arrested and charged with bank fraud, according to the New York Times report.
